Together Culture invites you to develop your creative, collaborative, and caring skills via our Community Membership.

Founding Membership is an invitation to root Together Culture and cultivate enriching soil for all our collective ideas to grow.  You’ll get to be a part of contributing to exciting new collaborative ventures like community kitchens, skill shares and eventually, social enterprises. You’ll bring our Citizen Studio to life, which is a dedicated space to identify and agree on the themes we want to take to our incubator to build new enterprises for a more inclusive creative economy. 

Over winter and spring 2023,  we’ll be considering the question: 

In ten years time, if Cambridge were known as one of the most creative, inclusive, and ecological cities in the world - what would be different? 

As a Founding Member, you’d be taking part in a collective creative project that will build and share our community story named ‘Story of Us’ and vision for the future of Cambridge. This will be in the form of an installation of portraits (painted on mannequins - a sort of contemporary Terra Cotta Army) and the premiere of a film we’ll be creating with the help of Anglia Ruskin University.  

Together Culture is not only about generating ideas - it is about putting them into action. At the heart of the living room is our Citizen Studio, a place where you’ll come together for workshops with neighbours you may have never met to create new ideas about Cambridge one decade from now. The Citizen Studio is open to all, whether or not you’re a Together Culture member. 

In June, we’ll share the insights gathered from hundreds of participants, and the Together Culture community will vote on the concepts we want to take forward into an incubator to put our ideas into social enterprise action.
